iHM/Tucson Appoints Palomares Barriga as Digital PD

Atzimba Palomares Barriga

iHeartMedia/Tucson appoints Atzimba Palomares Barriga as Digital Program Director, effective June 1. In addition to her new role, Palomares Barriga will continue to provide online content to the entire iHeartMedia Arizona Region. Barriga joined the local cluster in 2013 as a board operator. She's since served as the Tucson-based Online Content Coordinator for iHeartMedia's Arizona Region for three years. Palomares Barriga is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

"I'm thrilled to be taking on a larger role at iHeartMedia Tucson," said Palomares Barriga. "The more I became involved with our digital efforts here in Arizona, the more I wanted to grow and pursue my career in the field. I never lost sight of my goal and that dream has finally came true."
