Envision Networks will begin offering Media Score, an established research tool that allows radio stations to easily conduct quality, detailed listener research online -- as long gone are the days of telephone research and auditorium tests. Media Score, Envision says, offers the same data for the 21st century with real-time results at a fraction of the price.
"Only listeners of a radio station can produce ratings," said Media Score creator Mike Dorn. "And only those listeners know what they like and don't like when it comes to the stations' songs, personalities, newscasts, ads, imaging and whatever else drives them. Over time winning radio stations are driven by local feedback. There is a reason we have a 16-year history with clients in eleven countries on three continents. Those stations ask their listeners what they think."
