Nikki Swarn Named PD for The Drop/Denver Streaming Service
RADIO ONLINE | Friday, April 12, 2019 |
Rocky Mountain Public Media's Jazz KUVO-FM/Denver Program and Content Director Nikki Swarn is named PD for its new R&B and Hip-Hop streaming service, "The Drop," which is funded by support from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Previously, she served as Director of Promotions and Marketing for Entercom's crosstown cluster of stations from 2014-19. Swarn also spent 6 years as Director of Marketing and Promotions at Max Media in Denver.
Swarn said, ""It's such an honor to get to serve the Colorodo community through this incredible opportunity. We anticipate engaging Coloradoans with an exciting blend of their favorite and old-school artists, while providing a platform for new and Colorodo-based musicians as well. The audience consuming R&B and hip-hop is so vast and so hungry for dynamic experiences in music, we want to fill that void."
