RADIO ONLINE | Saturday, November 16, 2019 |
Eastlan Ratings will begin providing continuous measurement -- without additional cost to its subscribers -- beginning in Spring, 2020. All markets currently measured twice per year by the 20-year-old ratings firm will receive the usual Spring book in late June, 2020. Then beginning in July, continuous measurement begins resulting in monthly books thereafter.
Eastlan Ratings President/CEO Mike Gould remarked, "As we begin our 21st year of service to radio broadcasters, we are committed to celebrating the unmatched reach of radio while at the same time, helping make it easier for advertisers to confidently invest in our industry."
Gould added, "We are confident the increased consistency and stability of Eastlan's new continuous measurement will offer radio advertisers a new level of accountability and instill more confidence in our subscribers so they are more empowered to share compelling stories about the unrivaled impact of local radio used correctly."
