The Alliance for Women in Media and its Foundation (AWM/F) has announced its 2020 National Board of Directors. New to the AWM Board are ESPN Vice President/Corporate Communications Katina Arnold, TVB Executive Vice President/Chief Communications Officer Abby Auerbach, The Walter Kaitz Foundation Executive Director Michelle Ray, Center for Talent Innovation Senior Vice President Outreach and Strategic Partnerships Sandra Rice and Entercom Senior Vice President and head of corporate communications & PR Esther Mireya Tejeda.

Officers of the board are as follows: Sutton Button Productions Vice President/CEO Keisha Sutton-James LLC serving as chair, The Weiss Agency Executive Vice President Heather Cohen serving as incoming chair, Katz Radio Group President Christine Travaglini serving as immediate past chair, CBS's Josie Thomas serving as treasurer and The Punch Point Group co-founder and Managing Partner Annie Howell serving as incoming treasurer.

The following individuals will serve as Directors at Large of AWM: legal consultant Joyce Fitch, Everywoman Studios founder & CEO Abby Greensfelder, Matrix Solutions Chief Revenue Officer Brenda Hetrick, vCreative co-founder & CEO Jinny Laderer, LaVigne Media President Meg LaVigne, SiriusXM Vice President, Content, Sports, Entertainment and Partnership Marketing Kelly Perdomo and CBC head of public relations Katherine Wolfgang.

"The role of the AWM and Foundation boards is to lead our organizations and industry as we recognize, connect and educate women in radio, television and interactive media. We have a true working Board," stated AWM executive director Becky Brooks. "This year's new directors have voiced their dedication to donating time and resources to take these organizations to the next level. We are thrilled to have these talented, accomplished women joining our leadership for the next two years."
