RAB Video Presentation features Budgeting Skills Session

As part of the Open for Business series, RAB's next live-video presentation titled "Thinking and Budgeting Like an Owner" addresses the steep revenue declines that took place due to COVID-19 and are certain to make budgeting for 2021 a challenge for radio stations. In this presentation, Bonneville International's Melissa Mitchell (pictured) will provide sellers and managers with the knowledge of how they can manage and budget for the business side of broadcasting even in times of business unusual.
Attendees of this presentation can expect to better understand how to use previous budgets to forecast the future, utilize new budgeting tools and find new, local resources to gather intelligence within their markets. This session takes place at 12pm CT on July 29.
