KCMS-KCIS/Seattle Names Channah Hanberg as General Mgr.

CRISTA Media appoints Channah Hanberg as General Manager for KCMS-FM (Spirit 105.3) and KCIS-AM (630)/Seattle, effective January 13. She's a 15-year veteran of the media industry, previously serving in destination marketing and NationAd Communications at crosstown at KCPQ (Q13 FOX) before her arrival at CRISTA Media in 2008. During her tenure at CRISTA Media, Hanberg has been a Digital Specialist, Digital Media Manager and Local Sales Manager for KCMS and KCIS. She'll also continue as General Sales Manager for both stations.

CRISTA Media Vice President TJ Malievsky stated, "Channah is a great leader and embraces the opportunity to serve our talented staff and dedicated listeners each day. Her tremendous leadership qualities and strong business acumen make her the perfect person to lead our Seattle radio stations into the future."

Hanberg added, "KCMS and KCIS have a solid foundation of success in the Seattle market industry, and I am excited as well as honored to step into the role of General Manager during this high growth period. I look forward to uniting our talented teams in operational excellence and advancing our strategic vision."
