WCSX-FM Launches Seger Saturdays in the Motor City

Beasley Media's legendary Classic Rock WCSX-FM/Detroit will officially debut a 12-week program to air throughout the fall entitled "Seger Saturdays" in Detroit, beginning Saturday October 3rd at 9am. The new on-air series will highlight the legacy of Detroit's iconic rocker Bob Seger. Hosted by station morning personality Big Jim O'Brien, "Seger Saturdays" will feature a full hour of music, interviews, special guests and storytelling relating to Seger's Hall of Fame career.
"Bob Seger is revered in Detroit, so we're taking our listeners beyond the music, sharing stories about the people and events that shaped his legendary career," said Beasley Media Detroit Director of Programming Scott Jameson. "Listeners can expect to hear all the great Seger classics along with a behind-the-scenes view of Bob's inner circle."
