Asheville Media Group Launches Santa Pal Toy Drive

Asheville Media Group (AMG) launches the annual Santa Pal Toy Drive, in partnership with Asheville Holistic Dentist, to benefit the Asheville Optimist Club's longstanding holiday program. The Santa Pal program, a community tradition for over 85 years, aims to bring holiday joy to children and families in need throughout the Asheville area. This year's drive takes on special significance as many local families are still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Helene.

Running from December 2 through December 11, the toy drive encourages community members to donate new, unwrapped toys, as well as new coats and blankets for children aged 2-12. Donations can be made at various drop-off locations across Asheville.

"The need to spread joy is greater than ever," said AMG in its announcement, urging residents to help make the holidays brighter for hundreds of children and families.
