Hip-hop icon Krayzie Bone is expanding his creative reach with the debut of "The Kray List," a new radio show premiering Friday, May 23 at 5pm on Cleveland's WOVU-FM (95.9) and streaming nationwide via iHeartRadio. Co-hosted by fellow artist Nova the Rebel, The Kray List will blend candid conversation and curated music, covering everything from current events and sports to behind-the-scenes insights from the music industry.
More than just a radio program, The Kray List is a community initiative backed by Krayzie Bone's nonprofit, Spread the Love Foundation. In partnership with Ohio Media School, the show will also function as a learning lab for aspiring broadcasters. Students will contribute to production and operations, gaining hands-on industry experience as part of their education.
"This is bigger than just entertainment -- it's about empowerment," Krayzie Bone said in a statement. "We're creating something that's real, that uplifts the community, and helps build the next generation of voices."
The launch is part of WOVU 95.9 FM's "All Star Lineup" campaign, which continues to strengthen the station's presence as Cleveland's Urban Alternative. Alongside Krayzie Bone and Nova the Rebel, the station's lineup now features prominent names like rapper and filmmaker Ray Jr., R&B veteran Dave Tolliver of Men At Large, and longtime WOVU personality Eric Nolan of The O'Jays.
The Kray List will air weekly and be available for streaming on iHeartRadio following each broadcast.
