Jill Strada Adds PD Role at Miami's 103.5 The Beat

iHeartMedia has expanded the responsibilities of Atlanta-based Division Executive Vice President of Programming Jill Strada, announcing she will also serve as Program Director for WMIB (103.5 The Beat) in Miami.

Strada shared the news on social media, calling the move a meaningful return to the South Florida market. "I'm now stepping in as Program Director for 103.5 The Beat Miami," she wrote. "I'm ready to elevate the brand and my team to new and unstoppable levels! This is a homecoming with purpose - full circle energy in every way."

She will continue to lead programming operations for iHeartMedia Atlanta while taking on the additional Miami assignment.

Strada previously serving as Director of Operations for the Cox Media Group cluster in Miami , where she also programmed Hits 97.3. Earlier in her career, she was Program Director at Power 96. Her resume also includes programming roles at Hot 97 in New York, Hot 96.9 in Boston, and Power 95.3 in Orlando.

Strada joined iHeartMedia in September 2024, succeeding Country Radio Hall of Famer Meg Stevens as Senior Vice President of Programming for the company's Atlanta group.
