Farmworker Acquires FM Translator in Phoenix

Farmworker Educational Radio Network has agreed to acquire FM translator K270BZ (101.9) in Phoenix from Riviera Broadcasting. The buyer, Farmworker is a California corporation that owns stations in Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington. Earlier this week Farmworker bought FM translator K244EX (96.7) in Las Vegas from Windy City Broadcasting. The seller, Riviera Broadcasting is a Phoenix-based company headed by Michael Cutchall, who also owns stations in Phoenix. Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction.
