Emmis Sells Outlets in St. Louis to Hubbard, Entercom

Emmis Communications has reached agreements to sell its cluster of stations in St. Louis to two separate broadcasters. Terms were not disclosed. Hubbard Radio has agreed to acquire 100kW Classic Rock KSHE-FM (94.7) and 54kW KPNT-FM (105.7 The Point), while Entercom is purchasing 100kW KFTK-FM (FM News Talk 97.1) and 92kW CHR KNOU-FM (NOW 96.3).
The transactions are subject to the completion and execution of definitive purchase agreements and the satisfaction of any conditions contained in such agreements.
