Univision, AdsWizz to Partner for Programmatic Buying

AdsWizz, a digital audio advertising technology provider, has announced a partnership with Univision Communications to provide AdsWizz AudioMax platform to power programmatic ad buying for Uforia, its radio and music streaming app for Latinos. AudioMax is an audio-first Supply Side Platform (SSP) with yield optimization across direct sales, networks and programmatic buying.

The deal connects Univision's inventory to 80 percent of the audio demand around the world. AudioMax is a part of AdsWizz's end-to-end technology platform for digital advertising that includes its Ad Insertion Suite (AIS), ad serving and campaign management (AudioServe) and an audio-centric Demand Side Platform (DSP) called AudioMatic. The company boasts itself with the largest global audio marketplaces for audio ads and podcasts, AdWave and PodWave.

"We're excited to work with AdsWizz to enhance our offering for advertisers with programmatic buying, and optimize revenue from our inventory," said Univision VP/Digital Sales Michelle Savoy. "We are already seeing positive results on AudioMax, and are able to provide a better, more personalized ad experience for Uforia listeners with our targeted offering."

Launched in 2013, the Uforia app provides music, entertainment and sports radio programming for all Hispanic listeners. Uforia is available in English and Spanish, on iOS and Android devices. The app provides live streaming of Univision's 58 radio stations, 60+ curated playlists and 15+ digital only stations curated specifically for Latinos.
