Saga Communications Sells Broadcast Tower in Ocala FL

Saga Communications who recently closed a cluster of radio stations in Ocala, FL, from Dix Communications has sold an what it calls an "income producing" broadcast tower in Marion County, FL, to CTI Towers. CTI Towers either owns or operates over 500 towers in 39 states and is backed by Comcast Ventures. CTI is headed by Tony Peduto.
Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co., who brokered the transaction, said that "income producing towers remain in very high demand with multiples that far exceed station values." So far, Bergner has sold four towers in 2019.
