Norberto Sanchez's Norsan Media has agreed to acquire the assets of 9.4kW Spanish Sports WNOW-AM (1030) and its translator W256BP (99.1) serving the Charlotte market from Nashville-based TBLC Media. Norsan will operate the new stations under a Time Brokerage Agreement (TBA), pending closing.
