Salem Media Group Q4 Total Revenue Flat at $64.5 Million

Salem Media Group reported fourth quarter total revenue decreased 0.2% to $64.5 million from $64.6 million in 2019. Net broadcast revenue declined 4.8% to $48 million from $50 million, while station operating income (SOI) fell 5.3% to $11.8 million from $12.5 million, digital media revenue increased 14.5% to $11.2 million from $9.8 million and adjusted EBITDA declined 3% to $9.9 million from $10.2 million.
The company posted a net income of $3.3 million (12 cents per diluted share) as compared to a net loss of $4.5 million (-17 cents) in the year-ago period.
