Triton Issues U.S. Podcast Report for February 2021

Triton Digital has released the latest U.S. Podcast Report for the February, 2021 reporting period (February 1-28). NPR remained in the #1 spot with 38.9 million Average Weekly Downloads and 11.2 million Average Weekly Users, followed by Stitcher Media with 36.5 million AWD and 9.4 million AWU, and Entercom's Podcast Network, including Cadence13 and Pineapple Street Studios with 18.2 million AWD and 5.2 million AWU.
A number of new entities made their debut during the reporting period, including "And That's Why We Drink" and "IMPAULSIVE" from Kast Media, "Mad Money" with Jim Cramer (NBC Universal News Group), and "Why Won't You Date Me?" with Nicole Byer (Stitcher Media) in addition to "Mommy Doomsday" (NBC Universal News Group) and "This Past Weekend" (Kast Media).
Leading podcasts by both Average Weekly Downloads and Users include "Up First" (NPR), "Crime Junkie" (audiochuck), "Dateline NBC" (NBCUniversal News Group) and "The Ben Shapiro Show" (Cumulus Media/Westwood One), with "NPR News Now" remaining in the #1 spot.
