Fusion Radio Acquires K275CU/Monterey CA for $75,000

Educational Media Foundation (EMF) has sold K275CU (102.9 mHz) licensed to Monterey, CA to Fusion Radio for $75,000. K275CU will be upgrading its coverage and moving to a new tower location. The FM metro signal will be rebroadcasting an HD channel into the market and plans a Smooth Jazz format.
Buyer Robert Jamrog is the principal of Fusion Radio. In addition to Fusion Radio, Jamrog operates Jamtraxx Media, a Chicago-based operation that offers programming, production, imaging and mix show syndication.
George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services represented the buyer.
