KMLE-FM Phoenix Taps Niko to Co-Host Mornings

Nicholaus "Niko" Petrou is the new morning co-host at Country KMLE-FM Phoenix. The station also announced that the morning show has been renamed as "The Breakfast Buzz." Niko joins Nina D. weekdays from 5:30-10am MT. Prior to KMLE, Niko held a variety of roles at sister WBMP-FM (ALT 92.3) New York including Assistant Program Director, Music Director and midday air personality. Previously, he was the evening host for WHTZ-FM New York.
"Niko brings incredible talent and passion for the industry to KMLE, along with his love for country music," said Entercom Phoenix Senior VP/Market Manager Dave Pugh, "We are looking forward to seeing him and Nina D. elevate mornings in Phoenix with their combined energy and drive."
