Katz Marketing Solutions Adds Three Senior Execs

Katz Marketing Solutions, a radio-focused marketing firm, adds three senior executives. 20-year industry vet Chris Hamer (pictured) joins KMS as Senior VP/Business Development in New York. He comes to Katz from OakView Strategic Advisors, where he was Managing Director. Before that, he was Senior VP/Strategic Marketing for Sony BMG Music.

Digital research veteran Brian McElroy is appointed VP/Research. He most recently served at MediaVest as Research Director dedicated to the Wal-Mart account. Prior to MediaVest, McElroy managed media research projects for blue-chip clients at media agencies Universal McCann and MediaCom.

In addition, Heidi Schulthess becomes VP/Sales in Chicago after serving as the Midwest Business Development Director for National Cable Communications. At NCC, she was responsible for business development efforts of four regional offices: Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit and Cleveland. Before joining NCC, she served as Business Development Director for CBS Radio's WBBM-FM and WJMK-FM/Chicago.
