Sports USA to Broadcast 500th Live NFL Game
RADIO ONLINE | Wednesday, November 8, 2017 |
Sports USA, an independent syndicator of live radio play-by-play, will celebrate a milestone with its 500th live National Football League game broadcast this Sunday, November 12, when the Los Angeles Chargers meet the Jacksonville Jaguars at 1pm ET. Since broadcasting its first NFL game that featured the St. Louis Rams and the Arizona Cardinals on November 3, 2002 on just 32 stations, Sports USA has continued to expand and can now be heard on over 500 radio affiliates.
"We are excited to celebrate this milestone of 500 NFL games and are pleased that Sports USA is still going strong and continues to grow," said Sports USA founder and lead broadcaster Larry Kahn. "When I started the network over 15 years ago, I hoped that the NFL would be a long-time partner, but to reach this achievement is a true testament to the talent that we have had on our network and the continued success of the league."
