WFAN Kick-Offs 2018 with New Mornings, Afternoons

Sports/Talk WFAN (Sports Radio 101.9 FM and Sports Radio 66 AM) New York revealed a new line-up to launch on January 2. Gregg Giannotti, currently co-host of "Gio & Jones" on CBS Sports Radio, is named co-host of the newly renamed WFAN Morning Show, "Boomer & Gio," alongside Boomer Esiason. Later in the day, SportsRadio 94WIP's Chris Carlin, former New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott and CBS Sports Radio and Sports Illustrated's Maggie Gray host a new afternoon program, "The Afternoon Drive with Carlin, Bart and Maggie." Also, Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts will now host a fourth hour.

"Boomer & Gio" airs weekdays from 6-10am ET and is simulcast on CBS Sports Network. "The Afternoon Drive with Carlin, Bart and Maggie" will air weekdays from 2-6pm. "Joe & Evan" remain at 10am and extend from three hours to four, closing at 2pm. Steve Somers, an original WFAN host and heard before and after evening games, picks up at 6:30pm and runs till 1am. Overnight hosts Tony Paige and Marc Malusis are on-air from 1-5:40am and then Al Dukes and Jerry Recco host "The Warmup Show" from 5:40 to 6am.
