iHeartMedia/Detroit Debuts ''ALT 106.7''

iHeartMedia Detroit has announced the debut of the new ALT 106.7 on WDTW-FM, with the slogan "Detroit's New Alternative," effective immediately. The station launched with 10,000 songs commercial free, and will broadcast music from a variety of Alternative artists, including The Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, Linkin Park, twenty one pilots, Blink 182, The Killers and more. The station will also feature local on-air personalities to connect with the Detroit community throughout the day. A full programming lineup to be announced soon.
