Brighter Media Group promotes John Lawhon to Program Director of WRBS-FM (95.1 Shine FM)/Baltimore, while Dave Paul moves to Director of Research and On-Air Fundraising. Lawhon has been on staff for eight years and has been APD and Music Director since 2015. He will continue to host middays from 10am-3pm. Paul, celebrating over 30 years at the station, will direct all on-air fundraising, research and analysis for Brighter Media Group. He will remain in the mornings on Tracey & Dave from 5-10am.

"For the past 54 years, God has been writing an amazing story in Baltimore through this radio station. I've had a front row seat to its growth, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help reach more people with the love of Jesus," said Lawhon. "I'm surrounded by great leaders and a great team, and I can't wait to get to work."

"I couldn't be happier for our organization and for John and Dave. John is an outstanding programmer and Dave's move aligns his experience and talent with what we need to reach even more people," stated General Manager Steve Lawhon.

Paul added, "As excited as I am about my new opportunities, I'm even more excited about John becoming PD. The future of Shine-FM and radio is brighter today."
