"For the past 54 years, God has been writing an amazing story in Baltimore through this radio station. I've had a front row seat to its growth, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help reach more people with the love of Jesus," said Lawhon. "I'm surrounded by great leaders and a great team, and I can't wait to get to work."

"I couldn't be happier for our organization and for John and Dave. John is an outstanding programmer and Dave's move aligns his experience and talent with what we need to reach even more people," stated General Manager Steve Lawhon.

Paul added, "As excited as I am about my new opportunities, I'm even more excited about John becoming PD. The future of Shine-FM and radio is brighter today."
