Cumulus Media appoints Kathy Smith as Vice President/Market Manager for its six-station cluster in Eugene, OR. She was previously General Sales Manager for Alpha Media's seven radio outlets in Portland, OR. Prior to that, she was Director, Strategic Sales and Marketing, and General Sales Manager for Entercom Communications' six-station cluster in Portland. Smith holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from The University of Oregon and an M.B.A.
