Randy Fox Named PD of KKSS and KKRG/Albuquerque

American General Media hires Randy Fox as Program Director of heritage Rhythmic CHR KKSS-FM (Kiss 97.3) and upstart Hot AC KKRG-FM (Mix 105.1)/Albuquerque, effective Monday, July 23. Fox joins AGM from CBS Radio in Sacramento where he served as PD of KSFM-FM. He'd also held several previous posts with CBS Radio during his 16 years there, including Creative Services Director for two brands. Additionally, Fox has held various programming, on-air, production and creative services posts in Austin, Phoenix, El Paso Las Cruces, NM.
"I am very happy to welcome Randy to the AGM cluster in Albuquerque. We actually competed with each other in California. It's nice to now have such a pro on our team here," said AGM/Albuquerque General Manager Larry Lemanski.
"It's not easy finding Program Directors today - especially one who embodies the talent and skill to manage a heritage brand on one hand and the tenacity and grind needed to launch a new brand on the other. Randy has all of those skills and more and we could not be happier to have as skilled and dynamic a programmer on the AGM team," added Regional Director of Operations & Programming Robert Lewis.
