RADIO ONLINE | Wednesday, September 12, 2018 |
Entercom launches two new football podcasts, "The Silver and Black Podcast," centered on the Oakland Raiders and "Overtime," a San Francisco 49ers-focused show. Both podcasts are available on the website of KGMZ-FM (95.7 The Game)/San Francisco at 957thegame.com, a part of the Radio.com network, as well as on the Radio.com app.
"This region is home to devoted 49ers and Raiders fans who seek in-depth coverage of their favorite teams," said Entercom/San Francisco Senior VP/Market Manager Gregory Nemitz. "These new podcasts, which coincide with the return of football season, will deliver unparalleled content, direct access and unfiltered analysis to our listeners that I trust they will enjoy."
"The Silver and Black Podcast" will air every Monday and Friday throughout the season and will be hosted by 95.7 The Game host and Oakland Raiders Radio Network sideline reporter Chris Townsend. Townsend will provide an inside look at the silver and black, taking listeners onto the field and inside the locker room.
"Overtime," airs weekly and will be co-hosted by Bonta Hill and Joe "Butcher Boy" Shasky, 95.7 The Game on-air hosts. The pair will break down the team's recent game and forecast upcoming matchups, tackling the biggest topics surrounding the team.
In addition to the weekly podcast, Hill and "Butcher Boy" will also host a 49ers pregame and postgame show every Sunday, which will be streamed live on 95.7 The Game's Facebook page.
