Entercom/Orlando Names Taylor, O'Connell to PD Roles

Dana Taylor (pictured far left) is appointed Program Director of WOMX-FM (MIX 105.1)/Orlando. She joined the Entercom Hot AC outlet in 1994 and was most recently Assistant Program Director. Taylor has also served as the station's Music Director and has held overnight, evening, midday and morning drive on-air roles. Prior to joining Entercom, Taylor held the role of Music Director for WFSY/Panama City, FL.
Concurrently, John O'Connell is named Program Director for co-owned Alternative WQMP-FM (FM 101.9)/Orlando. His new role with FM 101.9 is in addition to Program Director duties with sister stations WKOS-FM (KISS Country 99.9) and Alternative WSFS-FM (104.3 The Shark)/in Miami. He's also served as Program Director for WMXJ-FM (102.7 The Beach) from 2016 to 2018. Prior to joining Entercom, O'Connell held programming roles for CBS Radio in Tampa.

In addition to Taylor and O'Connell, Melissa "Mel" Leigh-Sorrentino is also named Assistant Program Director for FM 101.9. This position will be in addition to her current roles of FM 101.9 Music Director and midday host, weekdays from 10am-3pm ET.
