On Time Traffic Network Expands to Memphis, Chattanooga
RADIO ONLINE | Wednesday, January 2, 2019 |
On Time Traffic Network expands into Memphis and Chattanooga radio markets. The service currently services 53 radio outlets in Nashville and Knoxville. OTTN says the populations of both cities has continue to grow annually, creating a demand for advanced traffic reporting to deal with problems for residents and interstate travelers.
President/CEO Commander Chuck Johnson says the company is considered a "mom and pop" traffic reporting service when compared to national corporate traffic reporting companies such as Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) formerly Metro Traffic. "That's okay," said Johnson. "My company brings 30 years of Major Market Radio & TV experience to these areas with live traffic video at ontimetraffic.net."
On Time Traffic Network is meant to serve radio stations with valuable live & local traffic information in order to compete with services like SiriusXM and Pandora.
