Lori Burgess Named Chief Digital Content Officer at Beasley

Beasley Media Group has named Lori Burgess to the newly created position of Chief Digital Content Officer at the company. Burgess has been serving as the company's integrated marketing strategy consultant since May of 2017. In her new role, she will be responsible for designing and overseeing the digital content strategy for the company.

"We are embarking upon an exciting business transformation, one focused on content excellence and proficiency across all media platforms," said Burgess. "This expansion will allow our on-air talent to enhance their local market presence, fostering deeper and more engaged relationships with audiences and advertisers alike."

Burgess past experience includes more than two decades in the publishing industry, providing generation of profit and growth for iconic brands such as The Hollywood Reporter, Prevention Magazine, Conde Nast's Mademoiselle and House & Garden; Elle Magazine; Seventeen Magazine, and Niche Media. The media veteran's national awards span 20 years, however her notable honors in 2016 include: Pixel Award Finalist R3 Summit.com Best Event/ Conference Website; MIN Best of the Web Finalist for R3 Summit.com, Best Custom Website.
