Entercom Inks Longterm Extension with Rush Limbaugh


Entercom and Premiere Networks have announced a long-term contract extension that will keep national radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh on 15 Entercom talk stations across the country.

"Listeners nationwide across Entercom's talk stations continue to engage with Rush's signature take on the media and political landscape," said Pat Paxton, President of Programming, Entercom. "For over 30 years, Rush Limbaugh has been a driving force on air and we look forward to our continued partnership."

Entercom stations broadcasting "The Rush Limbaugh Show" include WBEN (WBEN-AM) in Buffalo, NY, News Talk 1110 (WBT-AM) in Charlotte, NC, 97.3 The Sky (WSKY-FM) in Gainesville, FL, 106.3 WORD (WYRD-FM) in Greenville, SC, 1080 WTIC News Talk (WTIC-AM) in Hartford, CT, Talk 980 AM (KMBZ-AM) in Kansas City, MO, News Talk Radio 840 AM (KXNT-AM) in Las Vegas, NV, Talk Radio 1210 WPHT (WPHT-AM) in Philadelphia, PA, NewsRadio WRVA (WRVA-AM) in Richmond, VA, News Radio 1120 KMOX (KMOX-AM) in St. Louis, MO, KNSS (KNSS-AM) in Wichita, KS and WILK News Radio (WILK-FM/AM, WBZU-AM, WKZN-AM) in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

"The Rush Limbaugh Show" has been in national syndication for 30 years. The five-time Marconi Award winner and National Radio Hall of Famer is widely credited as the media pundit who reshaped the political landscape via talk radio by making complex topics uniquely understandable and entertaining. Today, the show is nationally syndicated by Premiere Networks on more than 650 stations nationwide.
