Envision's ''National Defense Radio'' Promoted to Two Hours

Envision Networks' syndicated program, "The National Defense Radio Show," is expanding to another hour. Moving from one-hour each week to two hours, hosts Randy Miller and Jerry Newberry will focus on topics concerning today's active-duty military, veterans and those who support them. Special celebrity guests joining the show to celebrate the expanded 2-hour format include Mark Wahlberg from Camp Pendleton, Charlie Sheen sharing details of the making of Platoon and a rock band comprised of wounded warriors called The Resilient.
The National Defense is heard on more than 100 radio stations in the U.S. and overseas on Armed Forces Radio Network. The network reaches one million American service men and women, DOD, civilians and their family overseas. It is broadcast at bases in 175 countries and on 140 U.S Navy ships at sea.
