Dominick Milano joins Targetspot as VP/Business Development

Targetspot appoints Dominick Milano as VP Business Development in North America. Previously, he was an original partner in Triton Digital when the company launched in 2006, and spent more than a decade as part of the company's leadership team. Before that he was a senior executive at Interep, Clear Channel (iHeartMedia) and Katz Media. Milano will now be responsible for driving the company's expansion in the U.S. and Canada.
