Weiss Agency Partners with Wiley on For Dummies: The Podcast


The Weiss Agency's newly established podcast division, TWA Podcast Studio, has partnered with John Wiley & Sons on the production and distribution of FOR DUMMIES: THE PODCAST Hosted by NBC daytime star Eric Martsolf.

With more than 250 million books in print and thousands of published titles globally in 30 languages, the iconic Dummies brand publishes an extensive series of easy-to-understand reference books intended to present information across various topics in a non-intimidating way to readers at every level. Each weekly episode of the podcast adaptation will be a distillation of one of the For Dummies titles. The Weiss Agency's newly launched podcast division, TWA Podcast Studios, headed by radio and publishing industry veteran Joe Garner, will collaborate with Wiley on the development, production and distribution of the podcast.

Emmy Award winning actor, Eric Martsolf, has been providing "love in the afternoon" for NBC Daytime for the last 17 years and currently stars on "Days of our Lives," as the character Brady Black. "The legendary "For Dummies" book series is finally entering the podcast universe, and I am proud to be the host and guide through the most poignant topics ever discussed or contemplated," says Martsolf. "From cryptocurrency to sex, we'll cover it all. Listeners should prepare to get enlightened and learn a thousand things or two!"

For Dummies: The Podcast debuts Monday, June 17, 2019 on all major podcast platforms.
