''Dave Ramsey Show'' Moves to New Complex and Studios

The next time syndicated financial host Dave Ramsey opens his show with the familiar phrase, "debt is dumb, cash is king," he'll be live from a new studio in the newly-constructed Ramsey Solutions headquarters just outside Nashville. The studio is the focal point of the six-story headquarters -- phase one of a plan that includes 600,000 square feet of office space and a 50,000 square foot conference center.

"We're extremely excited for people to visit our new studio," said Ramsey Media Executive VP Brian Mayfield. "Every year, we welcome thousands of people to watch the show and do their debt free screams. Our new space is going to take that listener experience to a whole new level."

"The Dave Ramsey Show," now in its 27th year, is the third largest syndicated talk show in the nation. Digitally it is the 5th most downloaded podcast available across all major platforms including Apple, Google, Spotify, Pandora and iHeartRadio. The show has more than one million YouTube subscribers and is also featured on the SiriusXM platform.

In seventeen years at its former location, more than 8,000 people did their "debt-free screams" either by phone or in-person, and listeners paid off $490 million dollars. "As I walked through our old building, I thought about all those families - those heroes who changed their behavior and learned how to win with money," said Ramsey. "They're the reason we do what we do. They're the reason we exist."

Voted among Nashville's best places to work 11 times, Ramsey Solutions employs nearly 900 team members. The new campus will see that number grow to more than 1,000 within a year.
