KMNB-FM/Minneapolis Program Director Lucas Phelan Exits

18-year industry vet Lucas Phelan exits KMNB-FM (102.9 The Wolf)/Minneapolis as Program Director and afternoon talent (2-7pm). Before being upped to PD in May, 2018, he was previously the Entercom Country outlet's Assistant Program Director. Prior to that, Phelan spent 11 years in afternoons at crosstown CHR KDWB-FM. He began his career in radio in 1998 with stops in Omaha at "Sweet 98" and Kansas City's "Mix 93.3."
