Veteran Air Personality Hollywood Harrison Dead at 58

Veteran air personality Hollywood Harrison (aka Dwight Gray Moore) died Tuesday, October 5 at age 58. Harrison began working in local radio at the age of 15, and spent a whopping 43 years in broadcasting. Most recently, Harrison worked for Stevens Media Group/Alexandria, LA's Country KLAA (LA 103.5) in afternoons and co-owned Classic Country KBKK (105.5 K-Buck) in middays.
In a tribute on its Facebook page, KLAA wrote, "It's with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear friend and co-worker Hollywood Harrison. He spent his life entertaining and making others laugh, and his larger-than-life personality, big smile and booming voice will be deeply missed."
