Arbitron's board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.10 (ten cents) per common share ($.40 per share on an annualized basis). The dividend will be paid on or about January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2009. As of October 30, there were 26.5 million shares outstanding.

Also, CBS Corp.'s board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $.05 per share. The dividend is payable on January 1, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2009. (11-18-09)
