Vision Hispana to Acquire KSOX/McAllen for $250K

Vision Hispana Inc. has agreed to acquire Sports KSOX-AM (730)/Raymondville, TX (McAllen-Brownsville, Arbitron market #59) from Border Media Business Trust, headed by Larry Patrick, Trustee, for $250,000 in cash at closing.
BMP moved all 22 of its owned and operated stations to the Border Media Business Trust, overseen by W. Lawrence Patrick, Trustee, in March.
Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications brokered the transaction.
