Candy & Potter Take Mornings at Hot 103.7/Seattle

Entercom Seattle has announced the addition of Candy & Potter to anchor the morning show for KHTP-FM (The New Hot 103.7). The new gig will be a homecoming of sorts for the married couple as both were raised in the Seattle area and began their radio careers there. Candy & Potter are inbound from WWQM/Madison, WI. The team previously worked in Charlotte and Albany, NY after launching their radio journey at 106.1 Kiss FM in Seattle under now Hot 103.7 PD Mike Preston.

"Candy & Potter are spot-on for Hot T103.7's audience. Pop culture sensibilities combined with a passion for their hometown and a love of the music makes this show highly topical and interactive," said Mike Preston, HOT 103.7 Program Director. "Starting on January 22, listeners will wake up to Candy & Potter's relentless pursuit of the most interesting and funny topics of the day with a show that's little bit like Facebook on radio."

Candy remarked, "I would like to take this opportunity to publicly call out Preston who pretty much stole my phone and jacked my playlist for HOT. I cannot wait to start waking up Seattle in January." Potter went on to say, "The day HOT 103.7 signed on, it immediately became one of my favorite stations in America. The fact that I get to work there AND it's in my hometown is surreal. I can't wait to get started!"
