Brian Mo Joins WFRE/Frederick as Afternoon Co-Host

Country WFRE-FM Frederick, MD, taps Brian Mo as co-host of the "Free Country Free Ride" afternoon show, beginning Monday, September 8. He's inbound from from WSLC-FM/Roanoke, VA, and teams with co-host Dave Conrad. Mo replaces co-host and traffic reporter Paula Young, who's opted to leave the station to start her own business. Conrad will also handle the traffic post.

WFRE PD Don Brake said, "Paula was only with us for a brief time but she and Dave Conrad helped us rebrand our afternoon drive as the Free Country Free Ride. The response to more music and more traffic updates for our commuters has been amazing. We all wish her well in her new endeavor."

"I'm excited to add a dynamic talent like Brian Mo to our staff at WFRE," added Brake. "I brought Brian into Hagerstown about 10 years ago as an APD when I was OM/PD there. We both have bounced around the past decade moving on to bigger and better opportunities. Adding his programming, imaging and on air skills is going to make for a great reunion in Frederick."
