LA X 96.3/New York Debuts ''Zona X'' with DJ Lobo

Univision has announced the debut of a new late night show, "Zona X" with DJ Lobo at the helm. The show will air on WXNY-FM (La X 96.3)/New York, weekdays from 7-12midnight ET. "Zona X" will bring listeners a mix of salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton and house. DJ Lobo, a Queens native, has been spinning for Latin club-goers across the U.S. and the world. Prior to joining La X 96.3, DJ Lobo was a master-mixer at crosstown WSKQ-FM (Mega 97.9 el Vacilon).
"Univision has worked diligently over the years to deliver engaging and entertaining radio offering to best meet the needs and wants of our listeners in New York," said Univision Local Media Executive Jaime Jimenez. "We are pleased to now have a weeknight show like 'Zona X,' headlined by the talented DJ Lobo, as part of our continuous evolution."
