WJMZ/Greenville is Nation's Top Rated Urban Station

Following the conclusion of the Spring, 2009, ratings results, WJMZ-FM (107-3 Jamz)/Greenville-Spartanburg (market rank 59) announced it is the number one rated Urban station nationwide. For the third consecutive rating period, 107-3 Jamz has the highest share of Adults 25-54 compared to any other Urban outlet in the Top 75 markets.
"We are thrilled to be recognized as the top rated Urban station in the nation," said Cox Radio/Greenville VP/GM Steve Sinicropi. "Our team is proud to be rewarded for the high quality programming they consistently deliver to the Greenville/Spartanburg market every day, online, on-air and on-site."
107-3 Jamz reached a record 14.2 share with Adults 25-54 (Monday-Sunday, 6am-12midnight), also earning the top position with Persons 12+, Persons 18-34, Persons 18-49 and Persons 25-54 in the Spring 2009 Arbitron Ratings survey.
