Cumulus Appoints Joe Kelly as Indianapolis OM

Cumulus promotes Joe Kelly (pictured) to cluster OM in Indianapolis and PD/afternoon drive on CHR WRWM-FM (i94). Concurrently, Jeff Andrews is appointed Program Director of CHR WHHY-FM (Y102)/Montgomery, while Steve Smith is named OM of the company's Huntsville, AL, cluster and PD/afternoons at CHR WZYP-FM. He succeeds Joe Kelly.

Senior VP/Programming Jan Jeffries commented, "Jeff Andrews has done an absolutely fantastic job with the launch and ratings growth of the new i94/Indianapolis."

He continued, "Steve Smith is a veteran Cumulus PD with five years of big numbers and consistency at legendary WHHY (Y102). Steve has requested assignment over the past couple of years at WZYP/Huntsville. Request granted, effective February 22, as Steve will serve as OM over the cluster and PD/afternoons at WZYP."
