Entercom/Indianapolis Director of Operations & Programming Scott Sands has reportedly exited. While he was OM, Sands also programmed News/Talk WXNT-AM and Hot AC WZPL-FM (Z99.5). He was upped to Operations Director for Entercom's 3-station group there in September, 2006. Sands joined WZPL in November, 1999, and previously served as PD of KFMB-FM (Star 100.7)/San Diego and WLNF-FM/Biloxi, MS. (08-31-10)
