Fisher Ups Hassan Natha to CFO, Lovejoy Resigns


In an 8K filing with the SEC, Fisher Communications reveals that Senior VP/CFO Joseph Lovejoy has resigned, effective December 31. VP/Finance Hassan Natha will replace him and will become VP/CFO, effective January 1. Natha has served in her present position since November, 2008, and Principal Accounting Officer since December, 2008.

Prior to joining Fisher, Natha served as CFO/Corporate Secretary at Jones Soda Co.

Concurrently, George Warren Jr. is retiring from Fisher's board of directors when his current term expires at the company's 2011 annual shareholders meeting.
