Following Buckley Broadcasting's boot of syndicated Glenn Beck from flagship News/Talk WOR-AM two months ago comes word that more Beck droppage is on the way. Media Matters is reporting that Beck will be dropped by four more Buckley-owned stations, this time in Connecticut. WDRC-AM/Hartford, WWCO-AM/Waterbury, WSNG-AM/Torrington and WMMW-AM/Meriden will all reportedly drop Beck.
Buckley Radio Connecticut VP/GM Eric Fanhoe told Media Matters, "I am making the change in programming to address the Talk of Connecticut listeners' desire for more locally originated programming."
