The Minnesota Twins bring in Cory Provus as the new radio voice of the MLB franchise. He makes the move from the Milwaukee Brewers where he served as play-by-play announcer. Provus succeeds the retiring John Gordon. Previously, he called games for the Chicago Cubs and the University of Alabama at Birmingham football, men's basketball and baseball. Provus will be joined by Dan Gladden on flagship KSTP-AM (1500 ESPN)/Minneapolis and the Twins radio network.
"The Minnesota Twins are thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce one of baseball's rising broadcast stars to fans across Twins Territory," said Twins President Dave St. Peter. "Cory Provus' broadcast style, baseball acumen and sense of humor will be a strong complement to the outstanding work of Danny Gladden."
