WideOrbit Signs Salem Communication and Radio One

WideOrbit Inc. released two announcements today noting that both Salem Communications and Radio One have signed new agreements with the company. Salem Communications has selected WO Traffic, WideOrbit's leading sales, traffic and billing solution, for all of its 98 radio stations that span 38 U.S. markets.
"We selected WideOrbit because they have a superior traffic solution that can scale to our business and deliver complete visibility and sophisticated reporting that will provide us with a more timely understanding of our performance in each region, market and station," said Salem CFO Evan Masyr.
Meanwhile, Radio One, Inc. has selected WO Automation for Radio, WideOrbit's leading radio automation system, to automate 23 of its radio stations that span 7 U.S. markets. "WO Automation for Radio is a solid, dependable platform," said John Soller, Vice President of Engineering for Radio One. "Our on-air staff find it very easy to use."
